Service-public.fr’s mission is to inform the user and to direct him to the services which allow him to know his obligations, to exercise his rights and to accomplish his administrative procedures. It is the official site of the French administration, the unique portal for administrative information and access to online services, produced in partnership with national and local administrations. The current version, fully developed in responsive design, is accessible from all media: computer, tablet or mobile. Organized according to users’ needs, the site answers questions such as: “Am I entitled to housing assistance?” “,” What is the cost of a passport? “,” How do I get the legal aid application form? “,” Can I change my address online? “,” What are the opening hours of the prefecture? “,” Do I have to travel to redo my car registration document? ” etc.Service-public.fr is structured into three spaces dedicated to different audiences:
