For families who have dependent school-age children with severe or severe disabilities and who do not attend a form of education, organized in accordance with the law, the allowance is granted provided the certificate of inclusion in a degree of disability and the evidence issued by the directorates of social assistance, attesting the fact that the respective child cannot be enrolled in any form of education, provided by law.
The law provides for the differentiation of family allowances according to family income and the number of children in the family.
