The Commission for Equality at Work and Employment (CITE) is supervised by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security together with the Secretary of State for Equality. It is a body that fights discrimination and promotes equality between men and women at work, employment and vocational training, both in the public and private sectors. Its main objectives are: equality and non-discrimination between women and men in the world of work; Protection in parenting and reconciling in professional, family and personal life.
