The National Agency for Fiscal Administration is a specialized body of the central public administration in Romania. It was established on 1st of October 2003 and it is subordinated to the Ministry of Public Finance. Since 2004, the Agency became operational acquiring the quality of an institution with its own legal personality, by detaching the directorates with attributions in the administration of state revenues within Ministry of Public Finance. The role of ANAF is to ensure the resources for the public expenditures of the state through an efficient and effective collection and administration of the taxes, fees, contributions and other amounts due to the general consolidated state budget. |

The Hauts-de-France and Nord regional public finance department (DRFiP) manages public money from collection to expenditure. It provides citizens with one-stop tax offices throughout the territory. It is the sole point of contact for individuals, companies and local authorities regarding the tax base and tax collection. The Regional Directorate of Public Finance (DRFIP) is the decentralized level in the region and the department of the North, of the General Directorate of Public Finance. Most of its powers are departmental, but it also carries out missions of regional scope in conjunction with other administrations and local partners. The BeFPRI’s missions Its field of intervention is particularly broad: it manages public money from collection to expenditure. Spread over the entire departmental territory, its services assess, collect and control taxes for individuals and companies.
– It provides citizens with one-stop shops for individuals and professionals to calculate and collect taxes. It controls and fights against tax evasion. – At the service of the State, it controls and pays its expenses. It keeps its accounts. It evaluates and manages its real estate assets in conjunction with the Prefect. The DRFIP also participates in the financial and economic action of the State: financial expertise and consulting services, support for companies in difficulty. It also manages the deposits of the funds of organizations and professions in charge of missions of general interest. – Serving local authorities and public bodies, it controls and pays their expenses, collects their revenues and keeps their accounts. In financial matters, it also provides them with consulting services and promotes the dematerialization of procedures. – Within the framework of land and topographic missions, it determines the basis for property taxes, establishes and disseminates cadastral data and handles registration and publicity formalities. |
