5 priority axes: 1. Promote professional equality by: – access to or return to employment; – the mix of training and jobs; – the implementation of equal pay; – support for business creation and takeover.
2. Fight against gender-based and sexual violence: – training in prevention against all forms of violence (sexist, sexual and conjugal); – raise awareness of gender stereotypes; – promote education in respect and diversity- fight against attacks on human dignity; – support women on the way out of prostitution.
3. Allow women access to information on their personal and social rights: – support the activity of the legal hotlines of the information centers on the rights of women and families (CIDFF).
4. Promote women’s access to responsibilities in political, economic and community life: – promote equal access to electoral mandates, to leading functions and to decision-making positions.
5. Raise awareness and mobilize all partners to the necessary articulation between private and professional life: – develop means allowing the articulation of the time of life; – provide information on the specific problems caused by single parenthood situations.
