Coldiretti is a non-profit association representing agricultural enterprises, direct farmers, professional agricultural entrepreneurs, agricultural companies, enterprises, consortia, cooperatives, associations in the agricultural, fisheries, agri-food sector, environmental and rural. It also promotes entrepreneurship in agriculture by encouraging business aggregation. It is a national, European and international player. Through the Agricultural Assistance Centre, Coldiretti provides specialized services to agricultural enterprises. It assists agricultural undertakings in the granting of Community aid. Among other services, it provides accounting and tax services to companies, tax consultancy in the field of general taxation, agriculture, for corporate reorganization and assistance to tax litigation. Welfare services are provided through the Epaca Patronage (Patronage and Assistance Body for Citizens and Agriculture). Through the intermediary of Ager srl carries out market surveys to projects aimed at communicating and promoting the quality of agri-food products and also deals with the design of growth and innovation interventions.
